The apps
Our apps are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't guarantee they'll be error-free or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Learning Group, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
What you create in our apps is yours. Where an app connects to a third-party service you configure (such as an AI provider with your own API key), your use of that service is governed by its own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use our apps to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the software.
Sibling companies
Some apps distributed under the Atlas umbrella are made by affiliated companies (for example, Station Donations, LLC). Where that's the case, the app's own listing and policies identify the responsible company.
Changes
We may update these terms as the catalog grows; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
